K, 02-715 Warszawa, Poland ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our SaaS platform for AI brand visibility tracking (the "Service").
As a Polish entity, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

A. User-Provided Information:
Account Data: Email address, name, password, and billing information (processed via external payment providers).
Configuration Data: Brands, domains, and specific "prompts" you input into the system to track visibility.
B. Automatically Collected Information:
Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and logs related to your interaction with the dashboard.
AI Interaction Data: Responses generated by third-party LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) in relation to your prompts.
We process your data based on:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contract): To provide the Service, manage your account, and process payments.
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (Legal Obligation): For tax and accounting purposes.
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest): To improve our algorithms, ensure platform security, and perform market analysis for our users.
To provide the Service, we send the "prompts" you provide to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including but not limited to:
OpenAI (ChatGPT)
Google (Gemini)
Anthropic (Claude)
Perplexity
Important: We act as a conduit for these queries. We recommend that you do not include sensitive personal data or trade secrets in the prompts unless you have the right to do so. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle API data.
Use of the Service involves data processing by third-party providers. We access these services via Enterprise/Developer APIs. According to the current terms of providers like OpenAI and Anthropic, data submitted via API is generally not used to train their global models, however, we encourage you to review their respective policies.
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:
Account Data: For the duration of your subscription and the statutory period for claims (usually 3-6 years).
Prompt/Analytics History: For the duration of your active subscription or until you delete the tracking project.
We may share your data with:
Hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Payment processors (e.g., Stripe).
LLM Providers (as mentioned in Section 5).
Since some LLM providers are based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the EEA. We ensure that such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
Access your data and receive a copy.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
Restrict processing.
Data portability.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
We reserve the right to anonymize and aggregate data collected through the Service to create industry benchmarks and market reports. Such data does not identify any specific individual and is not considered personal data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the Service dashboard or email.
In the context of the Service, the User may input data (e.g., in Prompts) that may contain personal data of third parties. In such cases, the User acts as the Data Controller and Contentovo.com Sp. z o.o. acts as the Data Processor.
The specific terms governing this processing are set forth in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) included in our Terms of Use.
By accepting our Terms of Use, the User and Contentovo.com enter into a legally binding data processing agreement as required by Art. 28 of the GDPR.
